The World Health Social Forum is an integrated site into The World Social Forum, this one is orientated by a plurality of principles, diversity and unit, there is not convectional character no governmental o party lines.

It aims to dialogue with the civil society witch is committed on fighting for health human rights, to go against to a neo-liberal sense and practice that defines it as a product in the field of services, turning it into a profitable product.

The I World Health Social Forum, that was hold 2005 in Porto Alegre-Brasil,was developed a set of proposals for the health sector, it was classified in the Final Declaration . It also indicated the fulfillment of the Continental Health Social Forum for 2006 and the II World Health Social Forum for 2007 in Africa.

We call to all Social Movements, ONGs, Health Supporters from all the continents to be part of this process.

El II Foro Social Mundial de la Salud fue realizado en Kenia – África donde se discutió el tema de la salud pública desde la realidad africana, indicando que la salud de África es el espejo de la situación de la salud en el mundo. En el II FSMS fue definida la realización de la 1ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Sistemas Universales de Salud y Seguridad Social a ser realizado en Brasil en 2008.
